I got my tattoos local because theres an artist that does great japanese work that I happen to love.
HOWEVER… I have yet to see anyone with a grasp on shading and highlighting like Tim Kern around here.
That’s mine and wh3els buddy getting his work done by Kern. Amazing work as far as I’m concerned.
