i make tomuch for ECI … it was all taxes that i paid for the house and such

i closed in oct and paid back 4 years of taxes and everything from when the house forclosed…this is why it is gone…we did not know the closeing was going to run us so much and had to grab money from fam to pay it

holy crap. I knew it was a rehab, didn’t realize it was a foreclosure. Yea… back taxes are the real drawback to the latter.
