Maybe I’m wrong, the lawsuit is still pending even though the DNC and Obama have both filed motions to dismiss. The courts are proceeding with the case. I wish McCain had the balls to ask some other questions also, like “what is your relationship with Tony Rezco, a convicted federal felon?‘’ or “what are your ties to Rashid Kalidi, a prominent member of the PLO , and why did you give him $75K?” or maybe " why did a radical muslim named Khalid Al-Mansour raise money for you to get into Harvard Law School(with the help of Saudi prince Alwaleed bin Talal)?” or " Why do you deny involvement with ACORN after the feds start investigating them(he represented ACORN in the Motor Voter lawsuit)?" or “why are two of your advisors, Frank Raines and Jim Johnson(former CEO’s of Fannie May and Freddie Mac, respectively) still working for you even though the FBI is investigating both of them for illegal accounting practices that have helped cripple our economy?” Obama has some pretty shady people around him, and 2 of the major players in our economic crisis working for him. Well, I guess we’ll have lot’s to talk about in line at the soup kitchen after he wrecks the economy.
