I also should have been more clear. This isn’t a sympathy group. Ted and Beth have plans to open up a Ted’s competitor. Same style, but with the right people in ownership. More details to follow.

Sorry, I cannot boycott Ted’s as it makes up over 80% of my nutritional intake.
If that’s true you’ll be boycotting life soon enough anyway. 
OMg, I thought I was the only one who ate at teds on almost a daily basis. Lol also I stopped enjoying trips to the mall after teds left. 
and I did notice the price hike and was also pissed.
^ Lease ran out. Even though it was convenient, I hate that mall. Not to mention the hallways behind those food court restaurants are filthy and rat infested.

Always loved their food. Best hot sause and the fact that they sell it is awesome. Haven’t been there in a while since i started my diet but i’ll need to make my way back soon.
I wonder if any of these places hold a candle to Johnny’s in Jamestown…
I prefer Tony’s on Rt. 5 in Hamburg, but that bias may be because Tony lived 2 houses down and I ate there all the time.

^This. It’s just a Sahlen’s dog grilled over charcoal. Since I grill with charcoal at least once week at home having a Ted’s dog is nothing special.
The hot dogs Ted’s uses are special made for Ted’s and only for Ted’s. While you can get Sahlen’s from the store they aren’t exactly the same. They also aren’t $6 lol…If you paid $6 then you did something wrong.
If you guys want to schedule a meet at the new location, I’ll post details as soon as I get them.
I look out my living room window and see a Ted’s sign. I love just being able to walk over at any given point when I don’t feel like cooking and grabbing a burger and fries.
I am assuming that you worked at Teds and will possibly work at the new place? I have never been this on top of anything that one of my dads friends was involved in.
Either way, now I want a damn hot dog for lunch. Whats good in the cheektowaga area since they are not in the mall?
I live 3 blocks back behind the Sheridan Ted’s. I can smell it coming from my house.
I worked at Ted’s for 5 years, my Dad has been involved with Ted’s for over 30, my mother, cousins, aunts, and brother have all worked there. Normally I wouldn’t be this involved with a previous employer but due to the great nature of Ted and Beth, it’s hard not to. I remember Ted buying me a guitar amp as a “christmas bonus” to my father. He referred us to his connection at West Herr to lease all of our cars (5 total). The christmas parties for the managers as well as the kids of the managers were always very generous. Even after this fiasco has taken place his primary goal was to “Take care of his managers”. It wasn’t uncommon for him to assist other managers and employees pay for a late electric bill or the rest of their mortgage that month. There will be a lot of original Ted’s members including my whole family that will be assisting with their new venture.
