Suspect Faces Charges

MIDDLECREEK TOWNSHIP, Pa. – Seven Springs Police said a teenager stole a police cruiser and took it on a joyride before crashing it.
An officer was answering a call for a disabled car on County Line Road Friday when he said one of the people inside the car jumped out and hopped in his police cruiser.
The suspect lost control of the cruiser.
It went off the road and flipped into a cluster of boulders.
The teen received minor injuries, and the car was out of service.
Police said alcohol was a factor.
Charges are pending.
