under habeas corpus the child would never be able to be questioned without the presence of parent/guardian…it’s not just for imprisoned people, it dates prior to the consitution!

like I said above, I don’t agree with her threats and she deserves to get punished for her actions, but the law is just that, the law…

if you aren’t imprisioned you can’t be imprisioned improperly, so it can’t apply. it has nothing to do with the constitution…
