taking the long way down the track, I think my truetrac diff is dead:cry:
yow! need some clean shorts after that last one?
Dan
na, the 1st run was moving out
Time to shave 50+lbs off the rear end with a lightweight 9" spool
 truetrac
 spool
yup she’s spanked. that blows. but as stated now you can get a spool in there. on that save also.
Yikes!
Snky snky on those times haha
lol first thing i thought of, nice saves tho. get that spool in there
spool ugh hope you dont like riding around on the street
Yeah :roll2: spools are so bad on the street. 99% of the time you never know the car even has it in there. Just steer clear of the rain, lol, then it will let you know it’s there.
He puts about 7k or more on that car each summer
I had a spool in a 240 and it ruled. lol.
Spools are not that bad, I had one in my old Mustang years ago and loved it… I seriously watched that whole damn video and did not see one damn time! Frustrating!
11.1 @ 123 is probably close enough. Just pretend that’s what the scoreboard was saying.
I am pretty sure the first run was a 12.03 @ 89 or something :tif:
Oh yeah, I forgot about that…that was when he had to let off to keep out of the OTHER wall, right?
yeah as long as you are on some kind of soft sidewall tire. Been there done that, no thanks
Went low 11’s, got a new best 330’ but had to left off. It wasn’t shifting as easy as normal, or as fast as I would like to. The catch point was getting high again, and dragging. I didn’t notice at 1st, I lowered it at the track. It helped some, but I’m not sure how much more meat is left on this clutch. I’m sure it will last this year, I should pull and check it out before driving it to the shootout.
I guess its good going to spool for how much I drive the car, and as hard as I do. And keeping the car so simple. Should save about 32.8 #s, too so thats cool.
That video shows skills.
