Rebuild my LS1 with forged components, slap the heads/cam back on and pick up exactly where i left off this year, hopefully not missing gears again.
Change out my rear end gears
New rims
New seats if i sell my current ones
Ive only seen one person say their running 10s next year, isnt that usually all you read in these threads? I’m comming out running 10s and they still run 15’s :biglaugh:
Probably wont touch the car, thinking of demoding and selling in the spring. Getting tired of spending all my money on it. Could go a lot further with it but the platform sucks.
This car
4 balljoints
4 tie rod ends
4 strut bearings
8 control arm bushings
intercooler piping
find out why it is not making any power, likely related to the line above
2 front CV joints or just the boots
I know once I start working on it, I will find a few more things it needs, but it will be nice to actually drive it more then twice in 2 years. This winter I WILL actually do this, I’ve only been putting it off since I got the car in July 2005.
Now here some work to be done. You guys with these little lists LOL
Actually my plan is to build a rotissere in the next week or so so i can flip this upside down and finish the bottom of the floors i just put in. Then this gets finisshed
ugh. mine is boosting the ka, currently running into some problems early, tearing apart the motor, but, completely re-sealing, and boosting, and maybe some suspension mods.

not to knock the spal fan but the stock daurus duel fan setup (non SHO or SHO) have a really high CFM rating and they are at every junkyard around for a few bucks.
scoobaru - repair all the damage, weld up a new exhaust with an STi muffler for less police attraction, pwn in the snow
namesake - finish bottom end (rods STILL on backorder), finish welding a2w ic pipes, re-wire new body harness and ignition, new poly bushings for all suspension components, new rear tires, paint and install new ricey bodykit, repaint front lip and fix all paint damage from before, new hood, repaint spoiler, install + break in + tune motor = pwn a year later than expected
