hit the back of a tundra going home from work friday, sucks but what can you do

The guy tried to say it was my fault for stopping too fast.

well i had a nice reply all typed out quotes and all, and nyspeed pwnd me
so yea,
rad was cracked, no pics of underhood damage, i only saw it after they cut the rad. support at the collision shop…engine was fine though
car is sold already 
and no tickets!
