explain please
It’s magic!
You get a couple of different grits of sand paper and use brake fluid to do it. Pretty Self-explanitory. Try it out on a shit headlight first before you do it on your good ones if your nervous you might wreck them.
I think he means explain why brake fluid works, not how to wet sand.
well you never really know with that cat and his stupid posts he makes.
why brake fluid? what does that do?
the lights were free. so unless someone is paying me and giving me s hit at the same time, i got a better deal. but thanks!
its bonds with the molecules and creates an elsto-polymer, which glazes over the headlight lens when wetsanding, creating the silky smooth texture of a new lens. its quite amazing. it cuts the time needed to fix the light in half compared to traditional polishing methods
:rofl
the headlights on my mom’s camry are starting to get that haze, so i was thinking of either wetsanding them or just picking up new ones. does this work on any headlights/tails?
no only VW/Audi and BMW
lol
I’ve also heard it works on ferrari’s.
Brakefluid on headlights FTL!
have a bad experience? get some on your paint?
i’ve done countless sets of lights that were lightly oxidized with a swab of fluid on a rag and made them look great. never had one give me adverse effects.
