honestly bring the heated blanket.
when you get used to the heat out here and winter hits it can get “cold” i still use mine from time to time
The gf has one that’s a little better, or else I would.
I’m a hoarder by nature, but the logic of cost to ship vs cost to buy again is winning out. I’m throwing so much stuff out.
That said, anyone have a clue as to how much my tool box will cost to ship? (you can kind of see it in the background of the snowmobile pic) It’s about 1500 lbs and can fit on a 4x6 pallet, might add a few more things (tool cart, orange bolt bin, etc) depending on price/lb. I’m just trying to get a ballpark. I called a few places in Rochester last week and none of them did personal shipping. I can probably get it to a business with a forklift and not sure about the Cali end of it yet.
wait im confused are you not renting a box truck (uhaul/penske/budget) to move stuff out here?
this was day 2
and this was day 3 when i stayed at my uncles place
No, the gfs work is moving her so I’m liquidating most of my stuff and putting the rest with hers and the movers will deal with it. I’m trying to get all non garage things down to 3 or 4 totes. I really don’t have anything worth driving a uhaul cross country for.
If/when we come back east (albeit much more South) we will drive whatever car I end up buying, providing an e46 wagon and making it a 2 week trip.
whats the arbor press measure from press to the back (how deep can I shove something in there to press an item into?)
From the flat side of the rack gear to the back of the press is 2.5"
Machinists Vices and Adjustable Parallel - $150: http://rochester.craigslist.org/tls/5036499994.html
Bump, audi wheels sold. Floor mats and grill remain.
bump. I really need to start moving some of this stuff, particularly the steel cabinets
Bump 50% off everything. I’m getting ansy.
someone is going to get a good deal on a snowmobile
Ha, the sled sold 2 weeks ago. Hopefully Monday /Tuesday I find out when the gf starts in oceanside so I can legitimately look for a job and really get this party started.
I also have this exact hitch mount bike rack, make offer: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001PLG7UK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00
What’s the deal with the truck are you still planning on selling? Might be interested.
