What jobs in upstate new york are hiring that pay over $45,000? There’s a shit load of people out of college with those degrees and are doing NOTHING with them

A good friend of mine just got hired by GlobalFoundries making $60,000 + bonuses. 4 year bachelors degree, 0 years experience.
