Annnnd for the record, my screen is scratched. In a case protector, very careful with it, but I have a very small scratch on it. I can’t see it when its on unless I hold it at some odd angle but I will be getting a screen protector to prevent any more.
Download iLight Pro (it’s free) to use the LED flash as a flashlight/strobe light
Sounds like a PARTY app.
Lol, it could definitely be used as such, it’s nice to just have an on/off app for the light though, plus it’s freeeee
I didn’t realize how insanely bright that LED was until just now, as I type this trying to look around a little dot I have burned into my retina.
 cool app.
And we have it… free bumpers for everyone.
Choice of cases. They say they can’t make enough bumpers, but I’d rather have a bumper than a crap case.
Refunds to people who have already purchased bumpers, eh? Maybe I’ll buy a bumper and get refunded so I don’t get stuck with a crap case…
Where/how?
Apple’s website starting late next week:
anyone else been having issues with freezing? mines been freezing every once in awhile and i have to do a hard reset.
after reading the stuff about the free cases, it looks like i can get out of the phone and contract and get my $200 back…
Haven’t had to hard reset the phone but once. How can you get out of the phone and contract?
Apple is issuing refunds to unsatisfied customers, and if you do it within 30 days, Att will let you out of the contract for no charge.
It’s just an annoyance. There are no other phones that I want right anyways. I’ll likely take my free case and forget about it.
I’m here for the gang bang.
But the Iphone is so superior to Android? I <3 my new Droid X.
I’ve had 0 problems with mine.
+1. I’ll take a free bumper for when I’m in weak signal areas but here in Amherst where 3g is so strong it’s probably giving us all cancer I haven’t had any drops regardless of how I hold it.
I debated returned it just on the principal of them not properly fixing the antenna but after spending a lot of time with an HTC evo and a decent amount with a couple different Droid phones the only person I’m really hurting by doing that is myself.
How would you compare the speed of the phone compared to the Evo and droids? And try to consider that you are familiar with the iPhone OS so you can prob do things a bit faster from the start. I’m probably going to get the 4, but my roommate just got the Droid X and it’s fairly impressive.
I personally don’t like the evo, it was too big for a phone and seemed to just not really be all that smooth when operating.
They’re all really fast. It’s kind of like when you get a new top of the line computer and all your old programs don’t tax it at all. Yesterday though I was at Fantasy Island with my buddy with the evo and we were both shooting video of our kids on the rides. Comparing them later right on the phones the iPhone video was significantly smoother and sharper in playback. We’ll need to get the videos side by side on a computer to see how they look that way but playing back 720p video is a pretty good test of the processor and video capability.
paulo… buy the evo… i love mine…
iphones fine too. but i like the cheaper bill and its not that much smaller than the evo to be honest.
