Still “late summer” which is in line with the 3.1 update. ATT and Apple has not said anything about a date which is why there is class action lawsuits now against them.
Not working for me. Installed AIM with notifications and verified notifications are working. Not sure what else to try. Got it set to send all 3 notification types in settings and added my gmail account info 3 times now.
good cause i think its completely stupid that it has not been enabled even when it is advertised through the apple store that you can now do mms on the iphone
i had read about that GPush program and heard that their servers have been down for a while…probably wont come back up.
gpush is back online today. Push notifications are working but seem to be delayed quite a bit.
Amazing app in Cydia too called RedLaser. Bar code scanner that uses the real time feed from the camera to read the barcode without having to take a picture. We’ve been scanning stuff all over the office like kids with a new toy. Amazing how well it works.

tried jailbreaking my 3Gs and no dice. tried 3 times and it just sits at “waiting for reboot” forever. tried with redsnow and purplera1n.
anything else i should try? im on itunes 8.2.1., iphone is on 3.0.1.
when u use redsnow with your phone on 3.0.1 your using the 3.0 firmware right? make use your using the lattest redsnow. i have all the crap on my laptop if you cant figure it out, i could meet ya somewhere if need be( no charge for a nyspeeder) i usually just do my buddies phones never anyone i dont know
yea i made sure to direct it to the 3.0 firmware. i’ve searched google and found other people having the same problem but no real solution.
someone suggested going back to itunes 8.2 instead of 8.2.1 but last time i tried going back i fucked something up and had to mess around quite a bit to get itunes back working.
