yeah ur right but this shows the actual picture of bob lutz introducing it at the auto show in chicago. Lol who said it was supppose to be a grand prix lol
i like the new idea…but i liked the GTO looks better…so between the two, i’d go GTO anyday
and who cares about a picture of Bob Lutz?
I like it!
thats just the rebadged Holden right? or how ever you spell it.
yeah
lol u know its funny how u go and delete peoples threads or post when they post what u just posted. But then again when ur nick name is 2facedchad u cant really expect anything other then ur childish 2faced opinions. this wasnt a repost because with the picture showing lutz confirms this car will be in production. So it is important to mention him in the thread. In all honesty who the fuck cars about 2facechad hmmmmmm
go cry me a river sam.
and FYI, i didnt lock this thread. or did I :kekegay:
2faced ftw
its whats was left over from the factory when the GTO didnt sell.
id rather have a slow 3 series for that price !
soo they took unsold GTOs and added a 2 doors to em?
It’s definitely not made from spare GTO parts, two different cars
GTO was only meant for a 3 year run from the very beginning of only 36,000 units.
I’d say they did pretty well with it, considering the cars only options were a transmission and color. A great interior, and build quality. It was more of a testing of the waters to see if there would be a market for Holden cars in the U.S. Appearantly it succeeded enough for GM to warrant to bring over the G8, as well as green light the GTO again for MY '10
No entry line engine (i.e. V6). And a starting price point of $33,000 is a bit steap for some coming from the Camaro/TA market who were used to $24,000 Z28’s.
wasnt being serious but the car looks like the GTO, ponitac just makes the same desigh car all the time. getting into any pontiac seems like getting into the same car. thats all. So yes same car!
theyre going to be very similar. theyre on similar platforms.
As far as their body looking the same? I think this has been stating time and time again, it’s called branding. Every manufacter does this to some extent.
BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac, Lamborghini, Ford, Toyota.
Have you ever been in a GTO, and a G8?
gto yes, g8 no, but the bonnieville, GTP, and gto felt the same and had to close similarities, to be different cars.
