The new IS

t-iffy

I like the way it looks except for the front door. The front door looks like a perfect square, just looks a little odd to me. Other than that it’s pretty sharp.

its ok… but maybe it’ll look better in person

egh…it does look like a corolla

i liked the original IS’s much better…this one is nice, but its not as sporty looking and especially in automatic?? what were they thinking…they need to make less “old people” cars, lol

:shoot:

:bloated:

Looks are great, I think…

thumbs down on the v6 instead of the I6

Thumbs up on offering AWD

Thumbs down on not offering the manual trans on the big engine

for the money, I would take a 3 series.

i’d STILL hit it!!

size is more GS-ish if you ask me

hmmmf…no, i dont like.

I like

And wtf was so “sporty” about the old one?

Nothing too impressive in terms of handling.

Slow.

Slow.

This new one is :

Still nothing rediculously impressive with handling, but does ok.

Faster.

I see nothing wrong with it.

Not a fan. Deff looks to much like a carolla.

I6 supra motor

more agressive looking ( in my eyes)

almost perfect weight distrubtation.

:gotme: I dunno, i think its hot

The IS300 is a very impressive car in the handling dept. I think its one of the best attempts at a mid-size luxury sport sedan out there… but its a very hard market to capture, since the 3-series is King of the Hill there.

We’ll see with the new one, seems a bit hefty though… and I dont like that they put a V6 in it.

yea v6 is

From a normal person’s view, the I6 NA supra motor is a POS. Well, not a POS, but uninpressive.

V6 with more HP = more gooder.

I like the look of the old one but this one looks good too.

And what’s the weight distribution on this one?

Is the V6 transverse?

Yea, the I6 isnt that impressive, but strap on a TRD supercharger and its not so shabby.

The only reason I really pump up the I6 is because I am sure it allows the Supra swap to be much easier.

And what percentage of IS owners are going to be interested in doing that…

really.

Three. And they all have 107,734 RWHP.
