not only that, they want it NOW. they want to drop at least 10lbs a week.
i see these lazy fucks everyday. bitching that they bought a $3k piece of equipment but havent lost any weight. i guess a treadmill doesnt work when you use it to hang dry your sweaters.
Burning more calories then you take in isnt a hard concept.I dont see why people cant eat really healthy all the time,no matter what you eat it all gets shit out anyway LOL.
Hahaha. I laugh because my mom does this. She had to have the “latest and greatest” machines, all the time. I think she got one every 2 years. They’re all just sitting in the basement being shelves, hangers, etc.
i’m on this diet. kind of. i work at a pizzaria 4 days out of the week, and eat for free. so that’s when i usually eat.
people ask me how i lost weight. have i been working out? change your diet?? i tell them i’ve been drinking gin and tonic and light beer a lot. then they ask me what i eat. and i tell them gin and tonic and light beer 3 days of the week.
