This I was actually thinking about the other day. If you have a permit say here in NYS, would you not be allowed to have one, not necessarily to carry but say your going to a buddies in a different state to shoot, or a competition, would the NYS permit not apply all together or are their restrictions for out of state permits dependent on the state?
