The "Oil Prices" thread.

What Country do you live in?

I live in the US still, NC. I just moved to an area where I basically will never be out of work.

I am just glad that I am 25 and the market really isn’t doing anything but making my life easier at this point.

a) I am not ready to retire
2) I do not need any new loans any times soon
III) Civil service jobs aren’t going anywhere

and falling energy prices = more money in my pocket

haha

I live a MUCH nicer lifestyle here than I would have in Buffalo.

How is that snow and cold weather treating you btw?

Getting ready for some sweet dorifto fun, and thinking about buying a snowboard since tonight after work I’m winterizing the boat which means the end of wakeboarding until next year. :eekdance:

^Sucks that you couldn’t find a good paying job in Buffalo,

I love this area because of the snow, I can’t wait to go snowmobiling and snowboarding

BTW, its 60 and sunny today

you guys are crazy. I will NOT miss that snow. Then again, I am not a Buffalo native, so maybe I just don’t get it.

good, fuck’em. They’ve been eating too good for too long. Reality check for them. Oil should be $60-80 a barrel. They got way too fat when it was $147.xx

^ You’re not that far off what OPEC wants. They said the cuts were aimed at keeping it between 70 and 90.

I can see the marketing campaign.
“Come to Buffalo, we’ve been in a recession for years!”

Why did I have to get into stocks and investments just recently. Still taking a ugly hit :frowning:

At least oil prices are dropping to realistic levels.

I pretty much feel the same as you at the moment. Although, who knows how long the USA is going to need engineering and shit. I’m sure it wont be too long before a majority of that get’s outsourced to China or India :meh:

lol maybe join the ACOE

Sub $65 currently

I was out a little south of Auburn a few days ago…gas there was $2.80 a gallon…I just put gas in my car and paid $3.23 a gallon :bloated. WTF! I heard on the radio some places are already below $2/gallon.

^Yea I heard its around $2/gal. in Ohio.

^ DOH!

I just drove by my first $2.39 for premium, and when I saw it I shat bricks

Coincidence?

well played
