isnt there a refinery in NT?
Don’t forget though that gas companies only make cents to the gallon in profits. But when you’re only making say $.08 per gallon of something that sells a trillion gallons…you just made a lot of money. The state taxes are more than the oil companies make in any given state.
Oil $69.71 +$6.62 :gotme:
piss it was at like 63 this morning
down to $58.62
filled up the DD yesterday at mobil for $2.79/gal
Which is the highest in the country. Yay WNY!
I’m just happy to see it under $3 though. Watching the news this afternoon I saw the national average is $2.20. :eekdance:
its $1.7x here for regular, and holiday prices are suppose to be around $1.5x…
^ Refineries in your back yard FTW.
Oh, and red state FTW.
multi minute burnouts for no apparent reason???
$1.97 regular at Costco
Sweeeeeet! $2.7x!
2 q’s
Why did it drop so suddenly in this energy crisis we’re having?
When will it stop teasing us and go back up to $4.xx?
im sure it will be back at $3.50
I want to see it hit $25/$30 like back in 01-02.
and us in buffalo will still pay more
As long as its sub $4 can’t really complain right ?
Ironically it is cheaper in the Blue counties of the read states… the most expensive places are in BFE.
WAT?
EDIT: sadly I was happier when it was like $3.00 a gallon, less people driving their SUV’s all over… now its all about the SUV’s all over all the time… Bad infrastructure for the lose!
well they say with the high prices that Americans drove something like 12 BILLION miles less this year.
I guess there is a federal investigation going on in Buffalo regarding this areas high gas prices
