sooo, i imagine at least a couple of you gents are keeping up with this.
is there any other way of looking at this stuff in light of the Tommy Robinson thing this week?
I guess, not surprisingly, Fox is the only big media outlet even reporting on this:
http://www.foxnews.com/world/2018/05/26/right-wing-activist-tommy-robinson-reportedly-jailed-after-filming-outside-child-grooming-trial.html
i tried searching for it on reuters and nothing came up other than this from a couple months ago:
am i just looking at this through a more conservative lens or is this a little messed up?
The UK and Canada are both on their way to restricted freedoms to protect their “freedoms”.
This is what happens when you let emotion and liberals control policy in government.
Well even in the US free speech isn’t absolute.
I don’t know all the details of this, but I think it’s clearly stupid in the age of the internet to think the UK’s gag order on news outlets reporting this story is going to matter. Their court rulings don’t apply to the rest of the world.
