Pizza logs are GREAT. I actually got the idea after posting it on here on how to make them.
I load them up with sausage, bacon, pepp, and tons of cheese.
I don’t have a deep fryer becuase I’d use it for everything… so if I really need to deep fry something I use a deep pan.
But when I do have oil in a pan… oh boy.
I REALLY like deep frying hamburgers. They fry up in about 2 minutes, and are so greasy and delicious. hot dogs are good too.
Pizza logs taste better in the oven then deep fryer just saying

I made Philly cheese steak, garbage plate, and pizza egg rolls for a few friends the other night, they were delicious deep fried.
flour, beer, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, I like to add corn starch because it will give you a fluffy batter like sweet and sour chicken. Also old bay or lawrys seasoning salt works good in a batter. If you guys want a fried chicken texture just dredge in dry mix then batter then dry…
Dear god. We had one of these in college and deep fried everything. Our walls in the kitchen started to change color any fabric in our apartment including clothes in the rooms started to smell like a fryer.
I had a pbj sandwich deep fried, wasn’t to bad.

turkey, injected with chaivettas marinade (strained) mixed with a good shot of sriracha chili sauce. oil temp. 375° for about a half hour for a 10lb bird.
just remember to thaw the thing and take the dam bag of guts out…
Along the sandwich lines there’s a joint near cleveland that makes some crazy beer battered grilled-cheese sandwiches…
