Just got my car back from the bodyshop, someone backed into me plus I painted my interior trim to match exterior… A little bright but in person looks SICK… Might go with silver next time though lol, hate wood.
ANYWAYY, was supposed to paint the lip on my rims red, but the guy said he didnt want to do them becuase 1 - paint wouldnt stick? which doesnt make sense and 2 - he said they’d last a week without getting chipped…
Anyone have any input on this? I DEF wanna paint my rims otherwise get new ones because all black looks like shit, looks like im rolling on steelies from a distance lol

Yeah they are alittle “curbed” from rubbing in my fender well on big bumps. It’s you want them I was asking 800 so if you wanna meet in the middle at 650 I’ll do it…just want them gone but not that bad
lol, if I had a need for them Id def buy em but they’d just sit until I bent a rim on either 1 of my cars as an extra set. Plus my 19’s are big lol, 20’s would be really big… If you cant sell em lemme know, I live right next door so yea lol.
I have a red pinstripe now, I thought it would improve the look of the ugly all black wheels but it really doesnt, only a wider red lip would make it look good.
First pic is what I have now, up close it looks decent, from a distance you cant see the stripe so it looks like im riding on steelies lol… Second pic is of my old del sol, the red lip on the del sol is what I am searching for, for the current rims on my red bmw.
