HOw much would it cost to rebuild? Is it worth it?
Rebuild would depend on the quality of parts you want to go with. Basic stock parts are relatively cheap. However you need to get it apart to see the whole story. Depending on the cylinder wall condition it might need a bore/hone new pistons/rings, bearings and gaskets. Stuff adds up real fast
So you wouldn’t want to dump more than $2500 over the cost of the vehicle, or $2500 total with vehicle cost? For $2500 over the cost of the car you could easily rebuild the engine and upgrade parts while you’re at it.
well personally for all the extras that come with that car thats a killer price, id be all over it if i had more cash lol/ but as far as a rebuild, if you ment 2500 over the cost of the car you could have a really solid motor with 2500 rebuild
I don’t want to spend more than $2500 to build the car, in addition to what I pay for it. So no more than 5K? The car is located in the Midwest. Exact location is top secret.
