how about water transfers heat too fast, it passes thru the radiator losing all it’s heat. You don’t have heat because the coolant maintains a constant temp in the cooling system. Change to 50/50 and you will most likely have heat again.

get a new T-stat its like 12 bucks and takes 5 mins to change and flush the coolant while its out and if its still suckin ass then u know u need a new heater core
