Consumption of trans-fat is a serious health risk. Consumption of bleech is a serious health risk. Smoking is a serious health risk. Look at the side of a pack of smokes “Smoking is dangerous to your health” Look at a bleech bottle “Do not consume”. Look at the side of a food item containing trans-fat " " oh no fucking label…a simple “Consumption of foods like this containing trans-fat can contribute to health problems” would make this potentially class-action case go away.
My question is would you be ok with this law suit if they were not seeking economic damages?
