thought i would post these up...

I would since im on break… :haha :nana

::slight_smile:

Didnt you make a thread asking for help and have like 6 guys willing to help?

this is why im askin’. i didn’t think its the same for all clutch manufacturers. theres no standard with “stages”. i think they should do away with the whole stage concept and just write down the tq numbers on their product and then go from that.
in audio world we choose wires based on amperes it can carry. amperes are the same everywhere and for everyone. some manufacturers list wattage, but thats retarded, because amps have different power consumption ratings and efficency ratings.

LOL at the “Stage” Discussion again

personaly I think its a joke and something for car illiterate people to say to sound cool

Yah brahhhh my Haundai tiburons got this nasty stage 2 setup and for saftey I got a stage 3 clutch brahh

WITH NAWZZZZZZZZZZ

And do the clutch yourself panzy… watch how you take it apart, buy a haynes manual… if you put together an erector set and have even the slightest ammount of mechanical ability you can do your own clutch

i never put a clutch into a car, so id be willing to come by, lend a hand. hell, i might learn something

go for it, I like hanging around shops and shit… i’ve learned a lot from hands on and just watching mechanics/friends do shit on theyre cars

yea, just lemme know ahead of time when and where youre doing the clutch. see if anyone from ca-va can come by as well. theres a lot of guys on there that would know how. check on vortex for a “how to” and if theres one with pickchas and maybe get a shop manual.

OK first off its called a stage 1 ecs tuning clutch. I didn’t just put stage in front of it :wtf. Called it by what they call it on ecs tuning. and i had synapse put the clutch in for me. I had people willing to do it yes but i pm’ed them and never got a response and i didn’t have a garage to do it cause my brothers car is in there.

FYI that “Stage one” is basicly a stock VR6 set up. Holds slightly more TQ. I also have a SPEC “Stage 3”… it is just an easier term to swallow instead of I just bought a SPEC semi-metallic 6 puck sprung hub disc with high clamp pressure plate.

whats wrong with

HAYNES… HAHAHA

more like teh BENTLEY.

oh, i’ve got a stage two myself dawg.

rated for 445LB FT dawg

do they have similar nomenclature for tq converters or do they just rate them by size?

I had a Spec stage 1 in my car.
