After reading the posts, you did play a part in it escalating. Just a misunderstanding, obviously but you could probably alleviate the situation by taking it to PMs and clearing it all up.
Post up more recipes and techniques and emphasize your origins. I take it you’re Asian/Vietnamese? I don’t know you IRL.
Only after a few attempts i’m trying to clear things up and apologized if anything I commented is insulting. Then he PM’ed me threatened to banned me, and that’s when I wrote those conversation via PM with him.

Yes I’m Vietnamese and eating Pho all over the country and in the USA. I even cook it for my restaurant everyday. I love foods and that’s my main reason when I’m traveling. I love to learned more cuisines , doesn’t matter from which country or regions. I’m in no way cook the best Pho out there, but I know the basic ingredients and how to.
Bust out some game, and flex your culinary muscles. Earn his respect, post pics, and beat him at his own game killing him with kindness.

Who really cares what someone on the internet thinks of you anyway. The odds you will meet in real life are slim to none. Unless he comes to your restaurant to defend his families Pho honor!

It will takes about 4 to 6 hours to make it. It is worth it If you are going to cook for the whole family If you still want to make it, then I can PM you the recipe

My wife is vietnamese and I always enjoy going to family dinners. I would be a little upset if I was expecting to get Pho the Viet way, and it was different.
That said, what restaurant do you work for?
