Time for a boston tea party situation again. What do you think would happen if we all just told the state to fuck off, we aren’t paying them? Fucking horseshit politician mismanagement… coming to a state near you too.

ABC News has learned that tax refunds are now on hold in California for the first time in state history, according to the state controller’s office.
