When I’m watching the game in HD or other shows sometimes it looks like the picture gets “snowy” looking and then gets clearer. Is that something to do with my tv or possibly the connection to the box?

Pixelation? Time Warner HD quality sucks, I get a ton of motion blurs…

I noticed it big time on the Sabres game last night. That feed was all sorts of fucked up.
It was horrid, seemed like they were trying to compress the snot out of it. You’d think they would have those games in their best hd quality/least compression.
Its doing it right now also on the home game also. I also see it during football games. It sucks.
Do you have an LCD or a plasma? Mine is a bit of an older LCD.
I don’t see it on a plasma as much, but it is still there. If you compare cable tv to directv hd, the dish is better quality.
I bet the game looks better tonight…
Why is that?
The home games seem to look better than the away games.
Remember this is the first year that MSG is showing road games in HD, there are probably a few bugs to be worked out.
Last year the only away games that were HD on MSG were Rangers/Islanders…
