Step one, spend 10$ and buy some window tint remover from Advance Auto
Step two, grab some junk window tint and throw it in a bag.
Step three, find a friend with the same car as you and take a picture of their car without tinted windows.
Step four, go to court and lie… I bought the remover kit, show recipt, removed the tint, show bag of tint, now if they ask to go see the car, show the picture and say the car is in the shop or make up another excuse.
I got a bunch of tint tickets dismissed this way.
Step five, return tint removal kit.
