There’s a house like this in Derby. It’s on the corner of Old Lakeshore and… maybe Wellington? It’s seriously that small. One dude lives there. I talked to him before and he said he didn’t need anything any bigger.
I believe that, however you can build a much larger cabin for that price.
They are selling the supplies & plans… so its not as if the location is increasing the value.

there is a tiny house like this java area, i always thought when you walked in there was a stair way going directly down into some kick ass underground thing
flat roof + snow = horrible.
those houses are so awesome! i’d completly rock it…but flat top roof’s with snow…eww
I like those little houses. My house is under 800 square feet. They are pricey but not as outrageous as you people think they are given the finish work in them.
