i cant do the heat treat but get me material and an idea/pic of what you want and i will see if we could program and cut it at work. i can probably do this free as well
programing would be easy w/ the DXF i have
i just have to know the required final size so i can scale it and make the corners the proper size radius.
and from what ive found, and i could be wrong, heat treating and anodizing titanium both develop the same TYPE of surface, but anodizing it would require less effort and skill to get the desired color
heres the voltage chart. i think i have a model train transformer around that can pump out the required wattage
