how old was the guy? if hes old i would be interested in any militaria items he might have in the house (uniforms, helmets, badges) shit like that.

Me and a buddy and few other came to a idea. just go in there and take the car out. none will be the wiser. unless someone has looked in on this and know all the cars are there. another thing is if they do sale it and you do know the person, ask in writing if you can take the car off there hands or somethign arround that area.
