I know i havent been on in a while and what i have seen is that alot of people are starting to flame others and im starting to get alot of complaints. Frankly im tired of it.
We made this site so people can enjoy and have fun on TNC. I know there will always be one or more people to start talking trash and aggrivating the rest or just a smart ass and that will start a chain reaction and so forth.
I ask everyone to stop, i dont care if he insulted your goldfish or whatever let it go and carry on, if it gets bad thats whay we have moderators and admins for.!! contact a Staff member (Blue and Red) Usernames. We are all or most mature adults and we dont need this on the forums, if you like to start poking at people and cannot stop when asked to by a moderator or admin you will be warned and then banned. We will not ask you 3 times.
So please guys keep this forum a fun place to chat and hang out as we all like a place to chill, also it helps bring in new users and not scare them away .
PS: We have new staff and they will be implementing the rules without warning, So we ask you listen to them when they say something, Its not a power trip they also have rules they need to follow!
NOTE: User found disrespecting a Staff Member will be banned for 3 days without question!
Official members also need to follow the rules if you dont know them read them they are all over the forums on a stickey thread.
if you have a problem or would like to report a post. under the post the person made you will find a red/yellow card/s click on that and report the post. we will resolve it the best we can.

well im sure it was a valid reason. infractions are removed 60 days after the infraction is given.
Our mods are doing a good job. if you dont agree with something a moderator does you can always talk to them and try to resolve it or talk to an admin. and it can be discussed.

It’s quite obvious who are able to delete threads, the staff of tnc. That there is what you had said in the thread. You also proceeded to be rude to me and immature in a private message in response to your infraction, which i wont post.
As Rick says, if there are any concerns or problems let the mods or admins know so we can take care of the matter in a mature way…we are here to have fun guys!

No one said that we cant have some controversy. but when a post turns in to a highschool match of words and bickering and im going to do this and that, i think thats abit to much. its like me calling osad a bitch i know him and he knows me and its all good and games. but respect other members who you dont know and stop ganging up on them.
and i disagree that the forums dont need to be moderated clearly they do, if you dont like it go to SON. im sure youll fit right in :). threads that do go off topic we let you know(ALWAYS) and if you continue we close them as the rules state. If you want to keep going post a new thread and ill be glad to leave it open for you guys.
We have moderators for a reason to make sure the forums run smooth. I dont have time with the new baby to babysit anyone else. Im admin and moderators moderate the forums. I make sure the forums stay running so you guys can complain non stop.
rules stand. do what you want but follow the rules as our staff will also. very easy to have fun and not brake the rules.
People miss my point. you bend the rules and dont want to be told. if you dont then follow them and everything will flow easier. if not you will be shown the door just like every other forum on the net.

You see it that way, but a lot of people can’t see the line between the Internet and being in person. The next situation is that so many TNC people are tight knit friends or know each other in person so when shit goes down on here it’s like talking to the person in real life.
post deleting shouldn’t happen…it’s like hiding what happened,
unless we (posters) agree aor request our posts be deleted.
if someone were to post that a car is crappy and others shouldn’t buy it
then it should be taken as a warning/opinion.
personal opinions on a specific matter with specific persons in regard to a specific situation/item etc is not whoring or shitting…
we dont want another nelly in the for sale area who is “great friends” with a mod and getting people’s “warnings” removed…or anything that even stinks of even similarity to this type of situation.
who you know should not make for special rules or anything else…
this is how places turn into SON…
a thread should be marked for deletion or hatchmarking or whatever, but… editing by a mod of a thread is lie-ing…or making the origional poster a lier…and completely unscroupulous…with outside opinions and a moderator group conference it can then be deleted…but never edited.

if the site’s running does not have mod’s-etc having a spectacularily clean record of integrity (obviously mistakes etc will happen)…
but then it will die/fade away…like anything/everything else.

none of these have ever been considdered good for open diologue or socialising…so lets avoid it
the post deleted was by a junior mod. all posts removed from the forum are placed into the admin area. for future review. like all forums we dont always have time to do it all as our staff is limited and we have new moderators and it takes time to learn all the rules etc.
mistakes do happen on both sides. we are only human.
the infractions given dont really mean anything its just a warning saying hey you did this against the rules just letting you know. it will not ban you unless you have 20!
one infraction lasts only 10 days so after that 10th day it comes off automatically. so relax people.
