maybe if you would abide by the traffic laws and yield to the flow of traffic when merging you would have avoided this situation, no?

I have noticed this more an more as of late, people who are merging think they are the ones who have the right away. I am getting really sick of it.

Rotfl a fender in thier 1/4 panel fixes this.
When they go cross lanes and slam into the median at 40+.
You can laugh and say I bet you wont do that again.
