Tool organization idea?

The allen keys have a bag in which they are stored, so that’s no problem.

I’m not worried about them sliding around as a unit, my issue was that all of the sockets would move about in the drawer and I would have to nitpick through all of them to find the correct size. If they’re on that rack then I can just pick it up and look at the # (they are laser etched) on them and go to town.

I’ll have to hit up Sears sometime this week and see what they have. I’ve also seen those plastic precut boxes but I don’t know how good those are, or how much they cost.

The precut boxes typically suck.

They are flimsy.

They are precut for a certain (typically rather slim) walled sockets, and if you get a set that has a thicker wall (higher quality in some instances) they won’t fit or will be very hard to go into slots.

They don’t fit well in toolboxes either.
