I think having Schumacher there was the only way they would be able to get a FXX on the show. Schumacher owns a black FXX and i don’t think Ferrari would want to loan one so that someone on the show could drive it

I’m just saying it’s a combination of everything including the stigg identity issue that happened again. That FXX is owned by Schu though. The whole segment worked out great and the reasonably priced car part was pretty funny.
of course… but for the time to stand on the board it need to get over speed humps and use road legal tyres.
I’d stay awake if there was an all-Hammond episode And I was mad about The Stig.
