what’s interesting is that the producers of top gear are fans of finalgear and have made mention about going there to read reviews after new episodes. The big difference is that finalgear is not about profit, it’s about getting to see the show and talking about it… they choose to look the other way.
so whats the difference between that and hessmo? hessmo was for profit?

I don’t know anything about hessmo, but the top gear producers have sympathy towards finalgear because it’s enthusiasts and fans and not just a general pirate everything site.
oh ok, i can understand that. i usually got my top gear from FG anyway. i used hessmo every once in a while when i forgot to start a download on sunday night.

IIRC finalgear has had their share of issues with the BBC. They went through a few iterations before arriving at the current format.
