i really need to move soon. i will try to get some pics up of the exterior. new asking price…115k. the house was appraised at 120k in May 06. This is a great deal if someone is in the market. If anyone knows someone that is in the market and that person ends up purchasing this home I will be paying a finders fee of 1% of the sale price.
