The way for you to have corrected the incident was to not put yourself into the incident. Unless another car was involved, it wasn’t the fact it was FWD. It was the driver. I’m assuming it wasn’t another car that was involved, or else it wouldnt have been blamed on FWD.
The car was being driven beyond its limits to create an incident that was not able to be corrected.

If I’m riding a unicycle and I fall and scrape my knee, its not the unicycles fault. It’d prob. have to do with the fact I can’t ride a unicycle…
