Must be 5 speed, good on gas, and in daily driver condition. Lmk what you have. If you suggest a cavalier I will light my computer on fire. Think Honda, BMW, vw, acura, ect.
Thanks

Have you checked out Ryan’s (agy2k2) thread? Some good cars in there.
I think you should get a Cavalier.
Also, subscribed for video of computer incineration.

'02 325i with 132k for $7495
I got my 01 325i from ryan last month. Good deal imo, it needed some stupid things, but its to be expected for the mileage. My car was a single owner PA car, no rust and runs great. He had just got that '02 when I was picking up mine. I kinda eyed over it, I am pretty sure it has the grey interior with wood grain. Facelift FTW but grey interior FTL. I gotta have black interior.
Def worth checking out, but its a solid 3 hr drive from Buffalo.
I made the drive too for my old Civic, definitely worth it though as I got a better price than anything I could find in WNY.
between the sponsors like Swiderski motorcar and ryan (agy2k2) this thread should never have been made.
I bought my last Audi from Ryan and my current one from Swiderski both great cars at great prices.
Jesus Christ JAM, what were you thinking?
lol, i was thinking that my friend doesnt want an audi
the person im looking for a car for had been driving a 99 civic happily for the last 5 years, and would still be if it hadnt been hit while it was parked in the city, so keep that in mind when you suggest incredibly high cost of ownership, out of warranty cars, IE NO AUDIS aka the 4 rings of pain
Misguided information like this is what has made my job slightly more difficult. I have never seen a Honda from the north that wasnt half in the bag rotted out, body falling apart in 10 years. Sure they are still running great, maybe burning some oil, but all the Honda fanboys think its great. To me all of the Japanese cars are worthless, I have no idea how people give them such praise. Find a 10yr old Audi or VW with 200K+ and it will still be running great and rot free, but somehow these get the bad rap because people who once owned a 1987 Audi $500 car say they are junk, but their $500 Honda was “great”. If you buy cheap junk, you get cheap junk, the badge on the front does not matter. Maybe just a rant, but I would appreciate people who know nothing about Audi cost of ownership to stop with the spread of ignorance. It just makes it that much harder for me to do my job.
preach it brotha! I love my 144k e46 and unknown mileage e30! take care of any car properly and it will last.
well i know you are selling Audis and I praise you BUT the problem is with Audi’s is that a lot of the parts and tools needed to work on them are one off. A lot of the parts on the Audis need special tools to replace them or the replacement parts of Audis are much harder to find then the Jap cars. I know this because I sell car parts everyday and know my way around cars pretty well. Dont get me wrong, when Audis are running, they are great but if they have a problem, good luck.
For example:
Special fittings that need to be purchased from Audi to fill the AC
Brake pad sensors to tell the driver that the brakes pads are running low, worthless information since the sensors are only on side of the car but make the parts more expensive.
05 accord ex 6cyl
Double tint all around including windshield.
New tires and 2010 accord wheels with receipt
Hit me up for more info
Edit: never mind. Just realized you’re looking for 5speed
Smh. I suck
Good luck
When I was looking for a sedan, I looked at the '99.5-05? Jettas and noticed that the turn of the millennium ones have developed quite a taste for rot on the hoods and fenders.
is this thread for real? you seriously want a desirable and reliable german sports car in warranty for $7k?
I dont see where he said that
Actually he said “my friend doesn’t want an Audi”
Never mentioned needing a warranty either
You can find these for 7 -8k. This Alpine is for sale for $7k
oh stop. ive known enough people that have had to replace wheel bearings every 30k, coilpacks every 40k, dont even get me started on control arms of the b5s, and christ, i couldnt imagine paying ~$2k to replace a steering rack on a car that just broke 100k. cels on constantly, “special tools” to do mundane things like replace rear brake pads, he doesnt have a garage, so lets keep it to HONDAS and ACURAS. sorry i even mentioned bmws.
IMHO an audi is a car you lease, buy new or very lightly pre-owned. the cost of ownership over 100k if your not a reasonably skilled mechanic would probably average out to a monthly lease payment for a much newer audi. dont get me wrong, theyre great cars, very fun, great in the snow, ect ect. just from my personal experience cost of repairs is really rough
whats wrong with bmw? i’ve owned alot of cars and maintain them myself, and between my bmw and my dads bmw they have been by far the most reliable and best cars ive ever worked on. my e46 has 195k and runs like a top, as well as my dads e36 which has 146k. <<his e36 was also purchased for less than half of your budget and has needed nothing other then regular maintenence which was actually pretty inexpensive. he has since put ~85k on it since owning. i have put ~50k on my car since owning, it has been flawless as well. imho, for the budget you cant go wrong with an e36.
