Leave the bike behind. Its obviously not a big part of your life.
Have you looked into weather or not its economically feasible to ship your bike separately from all your stuff?

^you’re out of your mind.
I’m thinking that I can make it work. 6x12 might be tight, but I’ll stack dressers, and Ill layer the clothes on top of the motorcycle. It’ll be fun lol.
I just hope theres tie downs in the right places in a u haul trailer for the bike. (in either FRONT corner. ya know?
what is the cost for driving it down there? and leaving it as oppose to driving having someone else drive it back.
I don’t mind a solo mission back to NY… if I can spend a week in florida
I have 2 co-drivers lined up, thanks for the offer. You dont have a truck anyway do you?
The cost to drive down with a trailer is going to be minimal compared to renting a big truck and paying for gas on a truck that i hate anyway. and diesel and marino have to come too btw.
lol
dont know if it was said yet… but why not buy one you can find them all over for cheep … for 400-500 and then sell it when you get down there or even spend the grand buying one and get your money back selling it
enclosed? bigger than 6x12?
there one near my house its like 6wx10lx4h like a pop up camper and dude wants 1,200…
really i think it may be the best to do … even if your out $300 after you sell it
yea… i hear that, but we’ll see. It sucks my dad has a 8x16 down there right now, and a couple 5x8s…
FWIW try to avoid towing with a pickup that doesn’t have a cap on the bed, or at least use an SUV. I towed the Uhaul 6 x 12 from Buffalo to SC in a S10 size pickup, and My MPGs were around 8 mpg. I used this same truck to tow an open trailer that was heavier all day long at about 18-20 mpg. Also I couldn’t even hit 75mph without dropping to about 4 mpg. It sucked having to stop eleventy billion times to get gas.
X…
maybe i missed it, but where are you moving to? and in for info on the cheapest way to go about this.
Palm beach florida. I have access now to a 14 foot or 17 ft uhaul for around 500 bucks.
I’m thinking I cant beat that. That might be the best way to go about this. And i can bring the malibu if I pay an extra 70 for a car dolly. hmm decisions.
I wish the malibu would just sell.
Sell it incredibly cheap?
define incredibly cheap…
