400hp is gonna be tough with the ATP manifold as i think ive made clear. its such a bottle neck. F-R did a back to back with the 3076R on an ATP vs FR street equal length and got 30whp past 4000rpm.

i think a good goal for you to have on that manifold is 360whp at 24psi on 93.
