It looks like you can thread a bolt into the rotor hat. I’d give that a shot before going at it with heat or a BFH.

he tried that.
i soaked mine in kroil, hit with hammer 30 minutes later.
soaked again, hit with bigger hammer…
soaked again, hit with 10lb sledge.
5 minutes later i had jagged rotor bits, then it came off.
i needed a new wheel bearing anyway
Rubber mallets are for little kids playing whack-a-mole at chuck-e-cheese’s. Get a real hammer. Seriously though, that rubber is cushioning the impact. You want to deliver a near inelastic collision that will jolt the bastard free.
Get a mini-sledge. Beat it like it owes you money.
I have shattered rotors a lot of times trying to get them off, break the fucking thing off
Sucks working on saltbed cars that were not made for these conditions

if you didnt shatter the rotor yet, you didnt REALLY beat the fuck out of it

.
That thing should be in pieces now, real big hammer time.
I know this is beating a dead horse but… WD-40 is useless. Use PB Blaster, WD-40 is not a penetrating oil, it is a water dehydrator. Also use a bigger hammer and if that doesn’t work, use a bigger hammer.
Its been said about 10 times but apply PB Blaster and let sit for a few minutes. Then take a big hammer and go to work. I’d suggest wearing safety glasses because the cloud of rust/pb blaster is going to be pretty big for the amount of rust you have haha.
