You know here in Holland if you spit on cops or even throw something at them or cuss at them, they still won’t harass you, you can harass them. On the other hand, once when I was in one Toronto area near Jane in a parking lot I got harassed. I was asked for ID and hassled for no apparent reason except that it was dark and i was in the car waiting for my wife (at the time gf :P).
