tubo oil feed lines

A couple people have contacted me about oil feed lines for your turbos. For some reason, they say they are hard to get?
I don’t know enough about your cars, but would like to look at having these made. I understand they need M12 x 1.25 threads at each end? Do they use a banjo bolt at each end? I was under the impression that the T25 seals on an inverted flare?
Anyways, I also believe these can be mounted either above or below the manifold? How does that affect the oil feed line? Is there a standard length or couple of lengths these should be??

Thanks in advance,
Ziggy

There’s a banjo fitting on only one end.

Well, that helps SOME…

Doe your lines use the banjo fitting at the turbo end, or the supply end?
That list seems like a long -round-a-bour way of putting the line together. Like the first two fittings can easily be combined into one.

I would still love to know:
a) does the turbo use a banjo bolt, or does it seal on the M212x.125 with a crush washer? Actually, I had thought T25’s used 7/16-24 inverted flare fittinngs? The T25 on a 2g DSM does!
b) do you need a Banjo style fitting at your feed source?
c) the GT style fitting at ATP turbo…I couldn’t find that on the site…but is that a restrictor fitting? Do you really need a restrictor fitting with a journal bearing turbo? would it maybe be better to use -3an line instead of the restrictor fitting?
d) exactly how long does the line need to be??

I might tackle water lines later if the oil feed lines work out. Do you guys also have issues with oil return lines? Is that something I should be looking at also?

Thanks,
Ziggy

One water line uses banjos at each end, goes into the engine block below the #1 cylinder exhaust port. The other has a banjo at the turbo and a rubber hose clamped onto a steel line at the other end, behind the cylinder head.

Oil feed uses 2 banjo bolts, goes into the engine block 10-12" below the water line.

Oil return is the usual 2 bolt flange with a rubber hose to the bottom of the block.
