or maybe hes just not a sue happy american and figures this isnt the worst of what will come to this “shadowman” fellow and would rather watch this guy lose everything over a long agonizing period of time. then let him die quickly, by filing bankruptcy than just recovering over the 7 year period just to begin scamming others again under a different name.
