well, i got the turbo on my KA24, started it up, and naturally, there were leaks where i adapted to flex, but there was also a leak in my turbo oil feed line elsewhere than where it connects to the turbo or hard line. i was just wondering if using the wrong type of oil(like a 5W30 instead of a 10W30) would let it leech through the braiding, and also, how easy these lines are to puncture, or rub a hole through. thanks.
just get the stainless feed line that goes directly from the sender to the turbo.
that’s what i’m having problems with, the SS oil line
