Are the turbos from the Dodge sprinter vans good for retrofitting? I believe it is the 2.7L Mercedes Benz turbo diesel. I have access to a couple. I know they are garrett turbos, but wasn’t sure if thhey would be useful at all. The only car i would consider this on is my gen1 350 if I can figure out the carb situation, but they still look like a lot of work.

There were only a few years when they used vacuum actuated turbos. I think it was up until 04. After that they used electronic actuators. I actually have an electric one in my garage right now but havent figured anything out yet.
Hrm, I’ll have to check on the year of them. I want to say they are 02-04 range.
